Where do you get the teas and ingredients from?
We source our teas and ingredients from different parts of India.

All our teas are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any artificial flavours or preservatives.
Are your teas vegan?
Our teas are vegan, gluten-free, and have low calories.
Is there any allergy advisory for your tea?
Allergy advisory varies with different tea. Kashmiri Kahwa, for instance, has almonds in it and is not advisable to consume if you have a nut allergy. Similarly, if you are allergic to ragweed, you should not drink chamomile tea. Therefore, it is recommended to check the ingredients of the tea before buying it.
How to brew tea?
Brewing instructions differ as per the tea. For example, milk tea and non-milk are prepared in different manners. Even specifications amongst non-milk tea vary concerning steeping time, tea quantity, etc.
How to store tea?
- Do not let the tea stale. The best way to keep tea fresh is by keeping it away from heat, light and moisture.
- The dark, cool and dry places are perfect for storing tea.
- Do not store it in plastic. Instead, choose an airtight tin or aluminium container. This will not spoil the tea’s flavour, taste or odour.
- Keep flavoured and non-flavoured teas separate.
Do you ship outside India?
No. Currently, we are serving only in India.
Do you have a store as well from where I can buy the tea?
Yes. Our retail store is in Darjeeling. If you ever visit the ‘queen of hills,’ do not forget to visit our store. It has a tea-tasting corner as well. So, you cannot just buy the teas but also taste them! Also, our tea experts at the store will help you purchase the perfect blend.
